By downloading or using Executive Edge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Executive Edge is a mobile application that presents executive decision-making scenarios for educational and entertainment purposes. The App is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue it at any time.
Executive Edge offers an optional auto-renewable subscription ("Executive Edge Monthly") with the following terms:
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's Account Settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
All content in the App, including scenarios, branding, and design, is owned by or licensed to Executive Edge. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Executive Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
